A search for simplicity
What started as big dream turned into reality in the Fall of 2019 when we packed up our Kentucky farm, loaded up the camper, and headed east to Upstate NY. For years, we had toiled with the idea that we wanted something different, though we couldn’t quite pinpoint what it was. We wanted a simpler existence, and a quieter place to raise our kids. We wanted to know our community and to find ourselves. What we couldn’t have foreseen was how vastly different the next two years would be.
So here we are, on the flip side of a global pandemic, in a time of unprecidented divide. Our desire for a simple life has not wavered, but we now have a fire inside to create a positive impact in our community. To give back, to make change, and to foster a sense of belonging for all.
